First Article Request Form
Before doing any work we must first create and verify a First Article. The steps of the process of creating and verifying a First Article are as follows:
- You send us a First Article Request: a document describing how to program your device, and, in the case of some but not all jobs, the code you wish to program it with. The form for this is located below.
- We program a small batch of sample parts which are used to ensure that the process works correctly before we run a full job. These get sent to you for approval.
- Once you have verified that the sample parts we sent you work correctly, we can release the First Article to production.
